Tiny Acorns is located in a small, rural hamlet halfway between the towns of Limoges and Poitiers, both about an hour's drive away, while the small towns of Montmorillon and Bellac are around 30 minutes away.
The region offers very contrasting landscapes, wooded hills, agricultural land bordered by large oaks, wild ponds, developed lakes and the river valleys of the Vienne and Gartempe offer many hiking trails. Other attractions include the Saut de la Brame, the Portes d'Enfer, the dolmens / menhir (de Ceinturat), Mortemart (classified as one of the most beautiful villages of France ''), the castle and the gallery of art of Rochechouart, the collegiate church of Le Dorat and the commemorative village of Oradour sur Glane (massacre site of the second world war).
